SAVE the DATE: ELRE Talks: AI ja johtaminen

Lokakuussa ELRE tarttuu jälleen ajankohtaiseen aiheeseen: ELRE Talks-sarjassa puhutaan AI:Sta ja johtamisesta. Luvassa asiantuntijoiden alustuksia ja facilitoitu työpaja.

The topic will be explored in the presentation “Collaboration for AI Transformation and New Leadership Challenges” by Lauri Pulkka, Chief Digital Officer at Newsec, and Kenneth Dooley, Professor of Practice at Aalto University.

The presentation will address the maturity and quality of AI pilots, the role of collaboration in successful AI transformation, and whether our current approaches to leading change are fit for a challenge of this complexity.

It will also explore the new types of costs and risks that come with AI adoption, including the need to balance automation with resilience.
